The proposed separation between the garage and the northern property line. <br /> <br />2. Preservation of trees and natural amenities. <br /> <br />3. The trail along Old Crystal Bay Road. <br /> <br />Lemke asked if there is still plenty of room for the lot if the line is adjusted. <br /> <br />Barnhart indicated there would be. <br /> <br />McGrann asked if there will be an easement for the driveway. <br /> <br />Barnhart stated the driveway would either need to be adjusted to accommodate the setback for the garage <br />or the line would need to shift to the north in order to accommodate the driveway. <br /> <br />Leskinen asked if there will be a second curb cut for the other lot. <br /> <br />Barnhart indicated there will be. <br /> <br />Leskinen asked if there are any issues with an additional curb cut on Old Crystal Bay Road. <br /> <br />Gaffron indicated it is a city road at that point. <br /> <br />McGrann asked what Staff would like from the Planning Commission in terms of the trail. McGrann <br />asked if the trail would be on the west side of the property. <br /> <br />Landgraver noted it is on the west side of the road.
