McMillan stated the police and fire departments do stop by the events and that she received <br />lots of good comments about Orono's police department. <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT <br />*17. LMCIT POWER OF ATTORNEY <br />Levang moved, Printup seconded, to grant Matt Pawlowski power of attorney in order to represent <br />the City in a conciliation court case involved an alleged sewer backup in the Rest Point <br />neighborhood. VOTE: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />*18. PERMITS & LICENSES <br />Gambling Permit Application: <br />Seth N. AGREEMENT FOR USE OF ELECTION EQUIPMENT TO ORONO SCHOOL <br />DISTRICT <br />Levang moved, Printup seconded, to approve the City of Orono/Orono Public School Lease <br />Agreement that allows the Orono School District to use the City of Orono's Election Equipment. <br />VOTE: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />*20. CLAIMS/BILLS <br />Levang moved, Printup seconded, to approve payment of the All Funds Account.
