If <br />so, then make a recommeridation confirming the interpretation based on <br />findings ai^ove. <br />If Planning Commission finds the performance standards are satisfied <br />but that the proposed use is at a level of use that strongly suggests the <br />need for an amendment to the code, the code would have to be am.enrJed to <br />allow Bed and Breakfast use with a conditional use permit subject to <br />that use meeting specific performance standards; <br />1.
