Staff has interpreted <br />this section of the code to mean no privacy fences in the <br />front/street yard of non-1 al eskiore lots and lakcshore lots not <br />located on a major thoroughfare. What of other accessory <br />structures associated with front yard use that should be* allowed? <br />Does the e:;clusion of accessory structures from this section mean <br />that the minimuiii f r ont / si r ret setbacl:: should apply? <br />As for side/ro.Ar setbacks for accessory structures (Per <br />Section 10.03, Subdivision 15 k F) , a privacy fence of 6' + <br />could he pi aced 5 foot from the rear and 10 feet from a side <br />yard. <br />Review Subdivision 9 I?, tieicjtit r estr i c 11 ons. Staff has used <br />this section in the Hehl application to approve a 3' to grade <br />raise with the erection of the privacy fence lO feet from the <br />side property line. Does this mean that staff can approve a <br />combination of fill and assessory structure to the maMimum <br />allowed height of 30 feet? <br />i
