EASEMENT PURCHASE AGREEMENT <br />County of; <br />I <br />t* or of re <br />iston. and <br />WHEREAS JUDITH A. ROGOSHESKE and GEORGE C. FUNK (hereinafter the <br />Buyers), are the owners of the certain property known as TRACT C of Registered Land <br />Survey No. 1340; <br />WHFREAS VANEECKHOUT BUILDING CORPORATION (hereinafter the Seller), <br />I, the” fowne^ofVhe certain property known .a Til ACT I of Registered Land Survey <br />No. 1447; <br />WHEREAS Buyers are interested in subdividing trm-t i?*I <br />TRACT C, and as that tract abuts Seller’s property, TRACT I, and j <br />necessary access road for entrance to and exit from the properly to be subdivided by <br />the Buyers; <br />NOW THEREFORE, for $1.00 and other good and valuable consideration the <br />sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the Buyers agree <br />Seller agrees to sell, a permanant utilities and access Easement over Seller s pr p y <br />known as WHITE OAK DRIVE, and legally described as TRACT S Registered Land <br />Survey No. 1447, situated in the County of HENNEPIN, State of MINNESOTA. <br />The Easement shall include an easement for all utilities, including electric, <br />water cable television or other such communication cable systems, ^e'vage and <br />r«in»ga, and driveway and access casement for no more than three separate parcels <br />on the adjoining property now owned by tnc Buyers. <br />Buyers and Sellers agree that the price for the Easement shall be: <br />$2,000.00 for each parcel of land, if three parcels are developed; or <br />$3,000.00 for each parcel of land, if two parcels are developed. <br />The remaining amount to be due and owing on the purchase price ot <br />the casement shall be paid at time of sale of any such parcel 2°. ®^®^ <br />than Aueust 15, 1986.
