That portion of Outlet <br />B below the 100 year level should be shown as drainage easement on the <br />final plat. <br />The proposed street and cul-de-sac should drain to Outlet B, if possible, <br />for water quality considerations. <br />The final grading and drainage plan should show a benchmark reference <br />for elevation. <br />Both of the proposed developments are within the Painter Creek watershed. <br />Since improvements have been ordered to reduce the rate of runoff from the <br />watershed as a whole, we anticipate the Board of Managers will be primarily <br />concerned with water quality considerations at the time permit applications <br />are reviewed. <br />Thank you for this opportunity to review these projects in the early stages of <br />planning.
