The owners should file for permit when <br />final grading and drainage plans are available. These plans should also <br />include erosion control measures which will prevent sediment transport into <br />adjacent wetlands and waterways during the grading and restoration period. <br />In addition. District staff offers the following comments: <br />Plentvwood Farm - #818 <br />1.Outlets A, B, D and E <br />Lots 2 and 3, Block 1 <br />Lot 1, Block 2 <br />The final plat should show drainage easements for low areas on these <br />parcels below elevation 960. <br />2.Outlet F <br />Lot 2, Block 2 <br />Lots 1 and 2, Block 3 <br />The owner should determine the high water level for these parcels in view <br />of the proposed 24" CMP and show drainage easements in the final plat. <br />3.The final grading and drainage plan should show a bench mark reference for elevation. <br />Ms. Jeanne <br />Page Two <br />March 5, 1! <br />Painters Ci <br />1.
