Fritzler stated that there is no <br />way that they can place those houses on the hill out of <br />his site and that he is still against it. <br />Chairperson Goetten stated that even if the 5 acre <br />zoning district stayed the same that eventually that <br />property will be developed and that you will see the <br />houses that are on the hill. <br />Marc Fritzler of 4385 Chippewa Lane stated that he <br />bought in this area because he liked the 5 acre <br />minimum. <br />Bob Olsen of 4645 Bayside Road stated that this <br />development doesn't fit in with the rural setting of <br />the surrounding properties. <br />Fred Poisson of 4010 Bayside Road stated that he thinks <br />it fits into the setting of the surrounding properties <br />but that the density should be what the present zoning <br />is. <br />Peter Achey of 4720 Bayside Road stated that he feels <br />the same way but that the density is too intense the way <br />its proposed. <br />Roveqno stated that this is the best plan that the_ <br />Planning Commission has seen for this piece of <br />property. Rovegno stated that if they stay with the <br />five acre zoning that they would end up with a boxy type <br />of development. <br />Ron Bastyr stated that there would be a 3.3 acres per <br />lot including the common areas.
