The roofing which is <br />presently on the screen porch was put on by a tenant in <br />the spring of 1983 unbeknownst the owner. Therefore, <br />the owner states that he did not intend that his property <br />would violate Orono ordinances on this point. <br />EFFECT OF PROPOSED WORK. Because of the unusual con­ <br />figuration of this particular piece of land, this <br />situation will not pertain to other lots generally in <br />O^^ono.
