Planning Commission Action - <br />Table all action on the review o£ the PRD subdivision until <br />Council makes a determination on the zoning. Advise applicant that <br />the question of the illegal division will be resolved at the time the <br />PRD subdivision is acted on by Planning Commission. <br />Planning Commission must make a recommendation for proposed <br />rezoning.
