Vertical <br />retaining walls have been limited to special applications <br />such as narrow, steep-banked channels. <br />This is based on aesthetics, maintenance requirements and <br />water quality considerations. <br />Enclosed is a copy of the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District <br />specifications for rip-rap installation covering such questions <br />as rock size and quality, slope angle and underlying filter <br />materials. <br />If you have any questions please call. <br />Sincerely, <br />EUGENE A.
