Box 66 Crystal Bay, Minnesota 55323 *1' 1 Dear Mr. Muhich: RE:Proposed Plat - "Painter Creek Estates" CSAH 6 - North side between Turnham Road extended on the west and Orchard Park Road extended on the east Section 30 and 31, Township 118, Range 23 Hennepin County Plat No. 472 Review and Recommendations Thank you for submitting this plat for our review. We reviewed the.proposed plat and have the following recommendations for your consideration: 1.It is still Hennepin County's intent to pursue the realignment of CSAH 6 in accordance with Alternate No. 4 of the Northwestern Lake Minnetonka Area Study, as previously agreed upon by Orono and Hennepin County. This alternate includes realignment of CSAH 6 along the section line between Section 30 and Section 31. (see attachment) 2.Current county planning includes right of way acquisition for this project (Hennepin County Project 7423) beginning in 1981. Develop ment of the proposed plat prior to this should allow for the proposed county road and provide the following: - A dedicated right of way corridor, 100 feet wide, centered on the section line between Sections 30 and 31. All access to the proposed county road provided via street entrances only. Dedication of an additional 7 feet of right of way for a total of 40 feet from and along the centerline of existing CSAH 6. 3.An approved entrance permit is required before beginning construction of any new or revised access to the existing county road. Permit forms and information on access requirements are available from our Traffic Section. MinonUes.
