We have reviewed the <br />proposed plat and have the following recormendations; <br />1.The plat should be entirely redesioned to coincide with the <br />proposed straight-throunh realignment of CSAil 6, following <br />the north lino of Section 31. <br />2.Dedicate 100,0 feet of right of v/ay, from and along the <br />proposed centerline of CSAIi 6, that is* along or near the <br />north line of Section 31. <br />3*In redrav/ing the plat, access to future CSAM 6 should be <br />limited to only street entrances. <br />4.All proposed construction or alterations, including drainage <br />revisions, vrlthin Count’/ rigiu of way nust be approved py ’ <br />the Hennepin County Department of Public Works. <br />If there are any questions, please contact Craig D, ^p„ncer at this office. <br />Sincerely, <br />Herbert 0.
