The Council requires <br />that all proposed subdivisions shall have the prior <br />approval of the Planning Comnission before receiving <br />final approval by the Council. It is, therefore, <br />necessaiy that certain steps be taken and data <br />assembly that will enable the Planning Conmission to <br />study the proposed subdivision in the li^t of its <br />relation to ^e City plan for groivth and develorMnent, <br />and in the Ught of the general topography and the <br />character of the development." <br />H^e moved, NfcDonald seconded, that Council reconsider <br />meir decision on this matter. Motion - Ayes (8), Nays fO) <br />Ihe Planning Commission then asked Hank Muhich to draft up'^ ’ <br />a memo to the Council concerning this matter to be pre­ <br />sented at the Council meeting of September 27. <br />DiMap moved, Hannah seconded, that Brad Van Nest and <br />^hn ^thrie represent the Planning Conmission at this <br />September 2.
