Mr. V.’car stated tliat traffic was his business and that <br />he had contacted the State Highway !)('partnicnt and they did not fed there would lie <br />any traffic, prolilom at this location. <br />Ihe Planning, ('ommission tabled this application until the next neeting in order <br />for Mr. Tear to obtain a written report from the Highway Department on their <br />view of tlic traffic situation. Hie public hearing would he continued to tliat <br />time. <br />AUGUSTT 31, 1976 <br />*I am enclosing a copy of A1 Olson's memo regarding status of the Wear property. <br />Mr. Wear has been notified that all permits have never been issued. He has <br />assured me he would be in tliis week to take care of the matter, I am also <br />enclosing a copy of the letter he has received from the State Department of <br />Highways regarding access to the property from Highway 12.
