The owner has been notified that he would be required to grant <br />to the City of Orono easements over these private approaches. The survey <br />includes sane wetlands, but these marsh areas have been deducted in calailat <br />ing tlie areas of the individual parcels. <br />I don't believe these 4 additional sites will have much of an impact on the <br />traffic on Femdale. <br />Several items to consider on this proposal are: <br />1.Lot area variances will be required for 2 of the lots. <br />Ihe 200' lot width requirement will be determined by <br />properly locating the ilwelling. <br />5.^linimum setback requirements will have to be met for any <br />future constiuction. <br />Mr. Becker has been informed of the Park Dedication Fee requirement. ($250 <br />per lot or $1,250 total.) <br />Mr. Becker is the applicant, but the assessor's records show a Harold L. <br />Holden as the owner aild homesteader of the property. <br />The Planning Comnission should schedule a Public Hearing on this matter. <br />PLWMNf; COf MISS ION N0;ETINC. - August 2, 1976 <br />A hihl ic Hearing was scheduled for Scpteirber 7, 1976, at 7:30 p.m.
