ORONO <br />Gentlemen: <br />As per your request, this letter Is for the purpose of stating <br />the District's intended use of the property being acquired from <br />Mr. Michael Cloutier. <br />The District In Its overall Development Concept Plan Intends to <br />preserve the area in question In a natural state and retain the <br />areas as open space. Plans Indicate there are to be no structures <br />built upon the property and Its acquisition by the District is for <br />the purpose of maintaining and preserving the integrity of the <br />Tamarack-Aspen Swamp lying to the north of the subject property, a <br />part of which is included in the subject property. <br />Should there be at some point a change in the District's <br />Development Concept Plan for this area, the District will Inform <br />the Zoning Department of same. <br />S i rice re I y , <br />CIifton E.
