This property is located in a 2-acre zoned district. <br />The existing dwelling would be located on the 4 acre parcel. The second <br />parcel which consists of some wetlands would be acquired by the Hennepin <br />Countv Park Reserve District. <br />Since the proposal does not increase residential development, I believe we <br />could waive the park dedication fee. <br />A public hearing should be scheduled.
