No comments from the public were received. <br /> <br />7. Recommendation. Staff recommends directing the applicant to apply for Variances and an <br />administrative Subdivision Exception. Staff further recommends a conceptual building footprint and a <br />proposed grading plan be provided for the Westerly Lot as part of the variance application. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />While no formal action is required, this memo and the Planning Commission memo will serve as a <br />foundation for the Council’s discussion. Council should review the application and provide non-binding <br />feedback regarding the proposal indicating what can be supported and also identify any challenges or <br />variances to be addressed with a formal land use application. The boundary line changes could be <br />accomplished in one of two ways; both require submittal of a practical difficulty analysis: <br />1. Variance application + Subdivision Exception (administrative boundary line adjustment); or <br />2. Preliminary Plat including the identified variances + Final Plat. <br /> <br />Council should discuss the two options and provide the applicant with direction regarding their next steps. <br /> <br />Exhibits <br />A.
