YOU ARE HEREBY 140TIFIED THAT PER MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 12.30 <br />SUBDIVISION 4 (B) THE RESIDENCE MUST BE CONNECTED TO THE MUNICIPAL SEWER. <br />YOU MUST IMMEDIATELY CONTACT CITY STAFF TO DISCUSS THE VARIOUS PERMITS AND <br />APPROVALS REQUIRED TO ACCOMPLISH THAT CONNECTION. <br />Secondly, it was brought to our attention that this residence is <br />possibly being used as a duplex, with Denise L. Duenow occupying the lower <br />level and a number of rental tenants occupying the upper level. You are <br />hereby notified that this property is not now and has never been approved <br />for a duplex type use, and such a use is not allowed in the LR -1C Zoning <br />District. Please arrange for an inspection of the property so we can <br />verify whether such a use is occuring.
