6.Payment to the City for the final plat review fee and fee for legal review and filing <br />of the plat, easements and covenants in the amount of S400.00. <br />7.Payment to the City for park dedication fees for the creation of two (2) new lots in <br />the amount of $9,800. <br />8.Hennepin County has preliminarily approved the driveway access for Lots 1,2 and <br />3. <br />9.Subdividers have signed the Developer's Agreement and have submitted a Letter of <br />Credit in the amount of 150% of all required improvements on the property. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Orono <br />hereby approves the plat of Richie Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota, subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1.Prior to City release of the plat for filing, applicant shall provide evidence of fee <br />ownership of the property in a form acceptable to the City Attorney, and applicant <br />shall meet any other title requirements and requirements of Preliminary Plat approval <br />as may be required by the City Attorney. <br />2.Applicant shall provide all documents noted in this resolution in a format acceptable <br />to the City Attorney prior to release of the plat for filing, and shall complete all <br />conditions to the satisfaction of City staff, prior to release of the plat for filing. <br />3.The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of Orono with either the Hennepin <br />County Recorder's Office or Regiscni^ of Titles Office on or before June 13, 2000 <br />together with a certified original copy of mis resolution and executed copies of the <br />easements and covenants noted above. <br />Page 2 of 4 <br />, At.rf-v-'at A - ~ ------------—
