Back in April, 1999, the City Council granted a lot area vaNgnee for this property to permit <br />the constructior of a seasonal dwelling on the property. As of today ’s\^ate, the City has not <br />received a request for a building permit from the Applicant. The properlji^s 4..> acres in size <br />and is landlocked. This propert\' is one of several lots on Big Island that potentially will request <br />dock rights.
