3. <br />4. <br />At the time of final plat approval the conditional use permit for the guest <br />apartment was not released and subsequently the conditional use permit is <br />recorded on the titles for Lots 1 through 8, Crystal Bay Preser\e. <br />The subdivider has requested the City of Orono release Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 <br />and 8 from document number 1790255 from the conditional use permit for a <br />guest apartment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that based upon one or more of <br />the findings noted above, the City Council of the City of Orono hereby releases Lots 1, 2, 3, <br />4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 from the Conditional Use Permit, per Resolution No. 1757, recorded as <br />document number 1790255 in the Hennepin County, Minnesota Office of the Registrar of <br />Titles. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a regular <br />meeting held this 13th day of December, 1999. <br />ATTEST: <br />Linda S.
