Stickney <br />Zoning District: RR>1B One Family Rural Residential District <br />Summary of Request <br />The Council approved the Plat of Crystal Bay Preserve on August 23,1999. It has been discovered <br />a conditional use permit was granted on the former 250 Old Crystal Bay Road North property. The <br />property was combined with another lot and subdivided by Mr. Stickney as the Plat of Crystal Bay <br />Preserve. The conditional use permit is now recorded on the chain of title for each lot within the <br />subdivision. By request of Mr. Stickney, the subdivider, the conditional use permit has been <br />requested to be released from Lots 1 through 8, Crystal Bay Preserve. A resolution has been attached <br />that would effectively clear the titles of the conditional use permit approved per Resolution No. <br />1757. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />To adopt the enclosed resolution.
