An advertisement was placed in several <br />newspapers serving the metropolitan area. Twelve applications were received with nine <br />candidates interviewed for the position. Of these final applicants, Ronald Hendricks was <br />selected. Ronald is currently employed at the Hilton Minneapolis as assistant director of <br />security. <br />After discussing the position with Mr. Hendricks, I feel he has the capability and desire to <br />serve our community. <br />CPU NCR. ACTION REQUESTED <br />Request Council approve hiring of Ronald Hendricks as a full-time Community Service <br />Officer at a pay rate of $10.69 per hour with full benefits. <br />I
