A condition of the agreement leading to this acquisition was that the City would formally <br />declare North Arm Lane as a public road. Additionally, the Hennepin County tax department <br />requires a formal resolution from the City in order to remo\e this parcel from the cax rolls. <br />Small portions of North Arm Lane as traveled and maintained, are located on two additional <br />properties over which the City has only prescriptive easements. These two property owners have <br />been presented with proposed easement documents and we are still hopeful of obtaining formal <br />easements from them. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Adopt the attached resolution declaring North Arm Lane open as a public road.
