In addition to the iraportMce of tntwh“ge <br />operating effectively itself, the free flow of traffic on new Highway <br />Road 6 is extramely important to the effective fu.ure operation of the entire east/wes <br />transportation system in Orono. <br />2. The County Road 6/Highway 12 interchange bridge is designed at a width sufficient <br />to accommodate four through lanes in the fliturc. <br />3 The design includes a median barrier between the eastbound and westbound lanes of <br />new Highway 12 in the area of the County Road 6/Highway 12 interchange.
