The cities have 120 days from the date of receipt of the <br />layout plan to approve or disapprove the layout. The Adopted Layout Plan reflects the key objectives <br />of the City related specifically to the preliminary layout. There are a number of additional objectives <br />the City will pursue during the final design phase. A resolution and letter approving the Trunk <br />Highway 12 Adopted Layout Plan and restating the City ’s objectives regarding both the preliminary <br />layout and the final design are attached for Council consideration. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion to adopt the attached resolution approving the Trunk Highway 12 Adopted Preliminary <br />Layout Plan.
