The pennit is for pond and water <br />drainage alterations on holes number 6 and 12 of the golf course. The Stale of Minnesota, <br />Department of Natural Resources, Trails & Waterways Unit manages the Luce Line State Trail <br />which runs through the Wayzata Country Club. Hole number 6 is adjacent to the trail to tlie north. <br />There are ^vo major concerns rcgaiding this permit. One, that construction and future maintenance <br />of the golf course not trespass onto the trail lighl-of-way. And two, that water drainage not be <br />altered in any way that may adversely affect vhe trail.
