The <br />change is an exciting one for us as we begin our reinvestment in your cable system, assuring <br />that we will be in a position to succeed in a grow ing competitive market. The transition to <br />the Mediacom operation has been occurring for several months, and the change should be a <br />smooth one for our customers. A full rollout of the Mediacom identity will begin soon as we <br />convert some of our internal operations that will position us to continue our customer <br />serx ’icc improvements. <br />An immediate personnel change has occurred in the management of our Metro systems. <br />Mr. Rick Finch will no longer be serving as Mediacom*s Manager of the Metro Area. We <br />wish Mr.Finch continued success as his career in this industry' takes another step forward. <br />We are currently working to identify a replacement and keep our commitment to providing <br />strong and effective management as our Metro area properties are upgraded and new <br />serv ices are introduced.
