§ 10.61 <br />C. "I": Size. Within any "I" District, the aggregate square footage of sign <br />space per lot shall not exceed the sum of four square feet per front foot of building, plus one square <br />foot per front foot of property not occupied by a building. No individual sign surface shall exceed <br />100 square feet. <br />Source: Municipal Code <br />Effective Date: 9-14-67 <br />D. "B-1", "B-2" and "B-4": Height. Within the "B-l”, "B-2" and "B-4" <br />Districts, no sign shall extend in height more than two feet above the highest outside wall or parapet <br />of any principal building nor shall any sign be located closer than ten feet from any property line <br />except that any sign over ten square feet may project two feet into any required yard area from the <br />principal building. <br />Source: Ordinance No. 172 <br />Effective Date: 1-1-75 <br />E. "B-3" and "I": Height. Within any "B-3" or "I" District, no sign shall extend <br />in height more than six feet in height above the highest outside wall or parapet of any principal <br />building.
