One nameplate sign for e^bli^ennined use or use by conditional <br />permit other than residential and such sign shall not exceed tw^k(^quare feet in area per surface. <br />B. Illumination. Symbols, statues, sculptures avHntegrated architectural <br />features on non-residential buildings may be illuminated by flood lights pm^^d the direct source <br />of light is not visible from the public right-of-way or adjacent residential distr^* <br />C. Setbacks, Etc. Any sign over one-half square foot shall be setb^^ at least <br />five feet from any property line. No sign shdl exceed eight feet m height above the avera^«.mde <br />level. Signs may be illuminated but such lighting shall be diffused or indirect. <br />- ^ Subd. 3. Signs in "B" and T Districts. "B-l”, "B-2" and "B-4”; Size. Within the "B-1", "B-2" and ''B-4” Districts, <br />the agcregate square footage of sign space per lot shall not exceed the sum of one square foot for <br />each front foot of building, plus one square foot for each front foot of lot not occupied by a building. <br />No individual sign shall exceed fifty square feet. <br />Source: Ordinance No. 172 <br />Effective Date: 1-1-75 <br />B. "B-3": Size. Within the "B-3’’ District, the aggregate square footage of sign <br />space per lot shall not exceed the sum of four square feet per front foot of building, plus one square <br />foot per front foot of property not occupied by a building.
