The Joint Powers <br />Agreement has worked very well through the years. Staff is recommending the Joint Powers <br />Agreement be extended through year 2002. A resolution extending the Joint Powers Agreement is <br />attached for Council consideration. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion to adopt a resolution approving the extension of the Joint Powers Agreement of the West <br />Hennepin Recycling Commission through December 31, 2002.
