a.Motion Picture Theater: one space per seat actually provided or the <br />maximum seating capacity of the theater. <br />Motion Picture arcade: five spaces per machine. <br />c.All other Adult Uses - Principal: one space per fifteen (15) square feet of <br />floor area that is open to or used by the public or customers of the Adult <br />Use - Principal. <br />7. Signage shall be as provided in Section —, Sign Ordinance. <br />B. Adult Uses - Accessory <br />1. All Adult Uses - Accessory shall require a Conditional Use Permit. <br />Add Adult Uses - Accessory shall be located only within the B-l, B-3, B-4. B-5 <br />and B-6 Districts. <br />3.All Adult Uses - Accessory shall be located at least the following specified <br />distances, measured radially in a straight line from the closest point of the <br />building or actual leased space of the Adult Use - Accessory to the property line of <br />a Protected Use or other Adult Use, whether the Protected Use is located in Orono <br />or an adjoining community: <br />a.
