All Adult Uses - Principal shall require a Conditional Use Permit, <br />2. <br />3. <br />All Adult Uses - Principal shall be located within the I-Industrial District. <br />All Adult Uses - Principal shall be located at least the following specified <br />distances, measured radially in a straight line from the closest point of the <br />building or actual leased space of the Adult Use - Principal to the property line of <br />a Protected Use or ofh^'r Adult Use, whether the Protected Use is located in Orono <br />or an adjoining commui! : <br />a. A distance of at lea:.i 250 feet from the following: <br />4. <br />5. <br />6. <br />(i) Licensed day care centers. <br />(ii) Public or private educational facilities classified as an elementary, <br />junior high, or senior high schools. <br />(Hi) Public libraries. <br />(iv) Public parks. <br />(v) On-sale liquor establishments. <br />(vi) Churches and church-related facilities. <br />% <br />b. A distance of at least 1000 feet from the following: <br />(i) Other Adult Uses. <br />(ii) Residential properties, unless separated from such residential <br />propertie.«J by a railroad right-of-way or a State Highway. <br />No Adult Use - Principal shall locate in any building which is also utilized for any <br />Protected Use. <br />At the time of application for a Conditional Use Permit, any property that is <br />proposed to be occupied by an Adult use - Principal must comply with all current <br />zoning, health, fire, and building regulations that apply to the site and building. <br />No Adult Use - Principal may occupy a lot with a lot width of less than 200 feet. <br />In addition, each Adult Use - Principal shall provide one parking space for each <br />employee on duty, plus parking for customers according to the following <br />schedule: <br />228/22184647 11/5/99
