The master <br />plan is intended to allow for near and long-term improvements to be considered for the site for <br />continued enjoyment by residents. The associated cost estimate will be used to identify <br />priorities and funding sources to be planned and implemented as part of the City’s capital <br />improvement plan. <br /> <br />Proposed Scope of Services <br />We propose to complete the following Hackberry Park tasks: <br /> <br />1. Master Plan Development…………………………………………………..……………………..$5,900 <br />• Create a site analysis graphic for the park <br />• Create 2-3 conceptual plans for review with City Staff/Parks Commission <br />• Consolidate any previous work and planning efforts for the park in the conceptual plans <br />• Meet with Staff /Park Committee to review conceptual plans <br />• Create a preferred master plan concept based on input from City/Community <br />Plan Deliverables: <br />a. Site analysis graphic <br />b. 2-3 conceptual plans with preliminary cost estimate <br />c. Preferred master plan (rendered, scalable 22”x34”) <br /> <br />2. Master Plan Executive Summary..………………………………………………………………$3,400 <br />• Develop an executive summary and compile master planning material into a pdf <br />documenting the master planning process for the park.
