MCM 5: Post-Construction Stormwater Management <br />a) Site Plan Reviews, including the following: <br />· Supporting documentation used to determine compliance with local, <br />State, and Federal requirements, including any calculations for the <br />permanent stormwater treatment system. <br />· The water quality volume that will be treated through volume <br />reduction practices (e.g., infiltration or other) compared to the total <br />water quality volume required to be treated. <br />· Documentation associated with off-site treatment projects <br />authorized by the City, including rationale to support the location of <br />permanent stormwater treatment projects. <br />· Payments received and used for public stormwater management <br />projects to provide off-site treatment for other projects within the <br />City. <br />· Any stormwater related comments and supporting completed <br />checklist used by the Reviewer to determine project approval or <br />denial. <br />· Approved Final Plat/Construction Plans. <br />· Copies of permits required by other local, State, or Federal agencies. <br />· Maintenance Agreements generated for privately owned and
