<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION TO <br />EMPLOYEE BARRY RATHBUN <br />FOR HIS THIRTY 34 YEARS & 10 MONTHS OF DEDICATED SERVICE <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 7349 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Barry Rathbun was appointed as a Public Works Maintenance <br />Worker on July 6th, 1988; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Barry’s has for 34 years & 10 months expertly maintained the City’s <br />streets, sanitary sewers, water systems, storm sewers and parks; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Barry’s service has been characterized by his ingenuity, dedication, <br />“can do” spirit and teamwork; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Barry has developed and displayed outstanding technical skills in the <br />execution of his duties; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Barry set the example for his fellow public servants with his positive <br />attitude, calm demeanor and service focus; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Barry Rathbun’s 34 years & 10 months of service have been <br />characterized by his dedication to providing the highest quality service to the city and its <br />citizens; and <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Orono City Council, staff <br />and residents wish to extend their utmost appreciation and gratitude to Barry Rathbun for <br />his service to the community as a Public Works Maintenance Worker. <br /> <br /> Adopted by the City Council of Orono, Minnesota at a regular meeting held this <br />21st day of March 2023. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />___________________________ _________________________ <br />Anna Carlson, City Clerk Dennis Walsh, Mayor
