The purpose of this council action is to recognize Mr. Barry Rathbun <br /> <br />2. Background. Barry Rathbun reached his 34th anniversary of employment with the City of Orono on <br />July 6th of last year. Barry has decided to retire with his last day being April 23rd, 2023 <br /> <br />3. Staff Recommendation. Staff recommends Council approve the attached resolution recognizing <br />Barry’s many years of service to the City. Barry’s has been an exemplary employee. His service has <br />been characterized by his dedication and hard work. <br /> <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Motion adopt the attached Resolution No. 7349. <br /> Exhibits <br />A.
