The properties identified for residential development at densities of 3-6 <br />units per acre include properties guide-planned for such use as a result of <br />1980 Comprehensive Plan Amendment No. 2 in 1988. as well as properties <br />heretofore planned for single family development at rural densities. All <br />identified properties are located relatively high in the Lake Minnetonka <br />watershed, allowing ample opportunity for effective stormwater management. <br />These properties include: <br />SO-acrc parcel located north of Highway 12 between Willow Drive <br />and Old Crystal Bav Road . A number of potential development <br />schemes for this parcel were reviewed in 1987 which became the basis <br />for CMP Amendment #2 adopted Mav 23. 1988.
