§ 10.20 F. Recreation Areas. Private gun clubs, archery ranges, ski slides, provided the area is fenced and no part of the principal use is less than 150 feet from any lot line. A separate dwelling constructed on an existing imdivided lot for the sole use of the occupants of the principal buildings, including their domestic employees or their non-paying guests. An apartment within the principal residence structure on a lot for the sole use of the occupants of the principal residence, including their domestic employees or non-paying guests. There shall be at least one access door to e apartment from within the principal structure, and such door shall be the primary access to the apartment. Application for such a guest apartment shall address the concerns of paring, sewage treatment, entiyway and interior access method. Planned Residential Development. Limited to detached single family dwellings only and subject to the limitations of Section 10.32. I. Duplex Credit. One duplex may be located on a single lot as a conditional use upon application therefor provided that public sanitary sewer service is available, and the lot is adjacent to a commercial or industrial district, or vsithin (250') two hundred fifty feet of the Bo District, and the duplex is constructed within 200 feet of the commercial or industnal distnct.
