Introduction <br />This proposal is respectfully submitted by GeoAnalytics, Inc., Madison, Wisconsin (hereinafter <br />"GeoAnalytics") to the City of Orono, Minnesota (hereinafter "Cit>"). If accepted by City, a final <br />Professional Services Agreement and Scope of Work will be negotiated and e.xecuted by <br />GeoAnalytics and City. Additional services, if any, will be undertaken by separate agreement. It is <br />understood that this project will require City involvement to be surressful. As a result. City is <br />committed to devote sufficient resources and sttiff time to ensure timely and fruitful completion of <br />the project. <br />1. Firm Profilel <br />GeoAnalytics, Inc., is an information technology company providing both consulting services and <br />software development and sales. The firm specializes in geographic and land information system <br />(GIS/LIS) technology and its integration with land management software. Consulting services <br />address the full range of public and private sector GIS/LIS implementation from Needs <br />Assessments and Requirements Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Legal and Policy Analysis, to <br />Technology Database, and Workflow Design, System Integration, and Internet Data publishing. <br />Software sales and support focus on internal product and applications development as well as <br />quality G!S solutions offered by Environmental Systems Research Institute (ESRI) and land <br />management solutions offered by Govern Software. Software support specifically focuses on client <br />implementation services, user and administrative training, application customization and custom <br />report creation. GeoAnalytics also provides project specific GIS/LIS related services including map <br />production, environmental modeling, and business geographies analysis. <br />B. Project U nderstanding ____________________________ <br />Cit)' desires to more efficiently and effectively manage its land development process. 1 o meet this <br />primary objective, GeoAnalytics recommends implementing Govern Software, a land management <br />information technology solution. Implementing Govern Software within the CiU' will provide a <br />GeoAnalytics' Mission Statement.
