Request for Council Action continued <br />Page 2 <br />October 22, 1999 <br />Purchase of Land Management Software (Govern and Arc View) <br />The increased costs have not changed staffs recommendation regarding the purchase of the <br />software. The software is still the best we have found to meet our needs. Although the one-time <br />costs have increased, they are within the range staff initially anticipated. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion to approve the proposal of GeoAnalytics for the purchase and implementation of Land <br />Management Software (Govern and Arc View) at a cost of $51,080, to be funded from the <br />Improvement and Equipment Outlay Fund, and to approve a budget adjustment to reflect the <br />expenditure.
