Improvements: In accordance with the policies and ordinances of the City, the private <br />improvements (hereinafter collectively called the "Improvements") shall be constructed <br />and installed on the terms and conditions hereinafter contained: Such improvements <br />arc attached hereto as Exhibit A. <br />3. Installation of Improvements: <br />A. Commencement Date - The installation of Improvements shall begin no later <br />than____________________________________. <br />B. Completion Date - All Improvements shall be completed no later than <br />4. <br />C. Contractors - Owner shall select, retain and supervise the Contractor(s) <br />responsible for Improvement installation. The City reserves the right to require <br />satisfactory proof of successful experience and adequate financial stams of any <br />such contractor. Where required by City ordinance, the contractor shall first <br />obtain a license from the City. <br />D. Pre Installation Conference - Prior to the start of any installation, the Owner <br />and the Owner’s Contractor shall meet with the responsible City official to <br />review installation plans and schedules. <br />E. Permits - Prior to the start of any installation, the Owners’ Contractor shall <br />apply for and receive all necessary permits from the City and/or government <br />agencies having jurisdiction. <br />F. Installation - The installation and materials shall be in accordance with the <br />plans and specifications approved by the city. <br />G. Insurcjice - The Owners will cause each person who installs any Improvement <br />to maintain complete insurance coverage including Workmens’ Compensation, <br />Liability and Property Damage. <br />Entry and Inspection: Owner agrees to allow the City to inspect the property once a <br />year in order to determine that restoration plan set out in Exhibit A has been carried <br />out, and in order to determine whether any the vegetation required by the restoration <br />plan needs to be replaced because it has died or failed to thrive. <br />0«2/221819l2 9/10/-99 <br />Page 2 of 6 Initials of Owners <br />Initials of City Clerk
