MINNESOTA <br />RESTORATION AGREEMENT FOR <br />Gail Luziach <br />Need address; legal description. <br />(Site Location) <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this _ day of <br />by and between the City of Orono, a municipal corporation organized under the <br />laws of the State of Minnesota (hereinafter called "City"), and _ <br />their heirs, successors and assigns (hereinafter called "Owners"). <br />WITNESSETH; <br />WHEREAS, Owner caused certain trees and shrubs to be removed from the lake side <br />of their property; and <br />WHEREAS, Owner has applied for a conditional use permit from the City for the <br />purpose of restoring the property in a way which is mutually acceptable to the City and <br />Ow'ner; and <br />WHEREAS, the City has reviewed the Plan and consulted the City Forester;and <br />WHEREAS, as one of the Conditions of the Conditional Use Permit, the City will <br />require that this Restoration Agreement be filed against the title to the property; <br />032/22131912 9/10/99 <br />Page 1 of 6 <br />Initials of Owners <br />Initials of City Clerk
