These people find their way to our establishment.
Despite our efforts of increased security, management, and regulations, we are unable to
control the entrance of n.s>iy of these individuals.
Lord Fletcher’s strives to stat alcohol responsibly to our guests. In order to ac^mplish
uus while these events occur, we have done a few things including not ^
certain drinks with high alcohol content, and even have closed our opwalion as much as
two hours early. Clearly you can see that we are sacrificing guest satisfaction an
revenue in order to avoid dreadful situations that occur as a result of these party goers.
It has truly become a stressful situation to which Lord Fletcher’s management no longer
cares to subject our associates and non-part>’ going guests.
f
We want to be very clear that we do realize that not everyone coming from
causes Lord Fletcher’s concern. Many of our boating guests are very respectful of our
staff and facility. Those guests who do cause problems, however, cause us much
concern.
We would be very happy to assist the LMCD in any way that we might find a solution to
this challenge.
Sincerely,
Mike J.
