In his comments (Exhibit B), dated August 19, 1999, he has <br />recommended the restoration plan be adopted by the City. The plan has removed two trees that were <br />located near the far property lines and relocated them closer to the center of the property. This plan <br />has not eliminated any trees that did sqipear on a previous plan, however it has increased the spacing <br />and will achieve 90% canopy coverage within the 25 year restoration period as recommended by Dr. <br />Bedker. <br />J
