CITY of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO.4 -^ ■. <br />A RESOLUTION RELATING TO <br />PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON <br />SHADYWOOD ROAD (COUNTY ROAD 19) <br />TEDS RESOLUTION, passed this 28th day of June, 1999^ by the City of Orono in <br />Hennepin County, Minnesota. The Municipal corporation shall hereinafter be called the "City , <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, Hennepin County has jurisdiction over County Road 19, also known <br />as Shadywood Road; and <br />WHEREAS the "City" and Hennepin County have concern regarding traffic safety <br />caused by vehicles parking in turning lanes on County Road 19 north of the Lake Minnetonka <br />Narrows Bridge; and <br />NOW THEREFORE, IT IS THEREBY RESOLVED, that the * City requests <br />that Hennepin Coun^ install and mamtain "No Parking" signs on both sides of County Road 19 <br />Shadywood Road, on the north side of the Lake Minnetonka Narrows Bndge m the vtcmity of the <br />right turning lanes. <br />Adopted by the City Councd of the City of Orono.
