The future extension of the cul-de-sac is shown as Outlot B. Outlot B is platted providing future <br />access to properties located to the west of the development. The Orono Subdivision Code requires <br />property ^ing subdivided to provide for future access when determined necessary. The subdivider <br />will only develop the road as a cul-de-sac within Outlot A. Lot 1, Block 1 will have access via a <br />private drive through Outlot B and Outlot C.
