(#2474 Susan Wilson, continued) <br />The Certificate of Mailing and Affidavit of Publication were noted. <br />Steven and Susan Wilson, Applicants, were present.. <br />Weinberger stated the Applicants are requesting a lot line rearrangement to^ange the lot line ‘ <br />60 feel to the west to have the trees located along the east property line on the 325 South Brovwi <br />Road property, which would allow that lot to have platted access to the Luce Line Trail. The <br />property located at 2150 Abingdon Way will continue to have two salable septic sites that can <br />meet the 20 fool setback requirement from the east property line. The rearranged lot line vnll <br />not make either lot non-conforming for lot area or setbacks or change the existing building pads. <br />City Staff recommends approval of this application subject to the prpperty o^ne^ Providing ^ <br />10 foot drainage easement along the new east property line for 2150 Abingdon Way as well as <br />the other conditions outlined In the April 19,1999 Planner's Report. <br />Mrs. Wilson commented that the land might be sold and they wanted to Insure that the trees in <br />that area will not be cut down. <br />Smith noted that this was an unusual situation, but questioned whether the City would be running <br />the risk of having other property owners construct alleys to other desirable locations. <br />but noted this lot line rearrangement Is really not creating a flag lot. <br />There were no public comments. <br />Lindquist commented he does not have a problem with this application. <br />Schroeder inquired whether any variances were necessary with this application, <br />Weinberger stated it was simply a lot line rearrangement and would not require any variances. <br />Lindquist moved, Berg seconded, to recommend approval of Application #2474,325 Brown <br />Road South/2610 Abingdon Way, Lot Line Rearrangement, with the 'JJ* f <br />new 10 foot drainage easement along the new east property line for 2150 Abingdon Way <br />will be required.
